During your visit to Courtlands you will find yourself drawn to the landscaped gardens and grounds. Courtlands House offers some of the most breathtaking views in the South West - across the parkland towards National Trust land to the South, and the Exe Estuary to the South West.

Feel yourself relax and unwind as you exit the French doors which lead from the main reception rooms to the elegant veranda, taking you to the romantic and well stocked rose garden, Lilly Pond and sweeping lawns.

The Ladies Walk follows the boundary of the estate under shaded trees and past further ponds where you can absorb the atmosphere of this truly special location.

Throughout the seasons you will be able to enjoy the ever changing views, livestock and crops in this dramatic Devon Countryside.
