Courtlands Location

Courtlands Mansion is located 8 miles south of the Cathedral city and country town of Exeter and close to the delightful and picturesque village of Lympstone, which has a regular train service to Exeter. An 8 minute drive from the M5 (junction 30) and Exeter International Airport just 8 miles away, Courtlands is a convenient yet secluded retreat from day to day life.

Courtlands countryside coastal location also means there are numerous opportunities for sailing and water sports as well as cliff walking, golf and horse riding.

If driving take junction 30 from the M5. From this roundabout take the Exmouth Exit onto the A376 and follow this road for 5.2 miles. At the set of traffic lights you will see the Saddlers Arms Public House on your right. Continue straight on at the traffic light for 0.4 miles to the top of the hill. Turn right at the crossroads into Courtlands Lane just before the garage.

Continue for 0.4 miles and turn left into the Estate at the end of the listed ancient wall (take the next entrance after the 90° right-hand bend).

You will see parking signposted to the right of the driveway.
