Courtlands house offers all the peace, tranquillity and centrality for the perfect conference venue with a choice of 12 individual rooms. Only 8 minutes from junction 30 of the M5 and 8 miles from Exeter City centre it is a convenient retreat where meetings are both effective and uninterrupted.

Courtlands House has facilities to provide accommodation in three self contained apartments, each with 3 en-suite lockable double bedrooms as well as free transfers to 37 en-suite bedrooms in our sister hotel at the Gipsy Hill Hotel.

The Billiard Room is light and airy with dual aspect windows, the large bay overlooking the grounds to the estuary and the smaller window framing the beautiful rose garden. This multi-functional room can be set up to suit all seating requirements - please refer to the seating chart below

The Dining Room / Boardroom is an inspiring location for a more intimate conference or meeting. Hardwood parquet flooring and panelling generate a sense of grandeur sophistication whilst the extensive views of the estuary across the gardens through the French windows enable delegates to relax and reflect.
